1. Data we collect Usage Information We collect information about your activities and messages through our Services. Device InformationWe collect information about your device - including operating system and version, device identifier (including MAC map and IMEI) information, browser type, system version, device type, crash logs, language and mobile network information. Camera, Video, PhotosFor a better experience, we need your consent to give us access to your camera, video, and photos. After your consent, our service will collect information from your device's camera, videos and photos. Face Recognition Features In order to provide a better UTU authoring experience and feature implementation, when using the UTU app, the app may collect and measure facial feature points and facial information in photos, cameras - especially for the purpose of placing faces in accordance with UTU's size regulations. We only collect facial feature points from the images you provide and use them only on your phone; facial data is not uploaded to any server or network. If you do not provide images, camera access, all operations for measuring facial data will not run. The facial data we collect will not be used to recognize a specific person. For example, when a user uses a camera to take a picture feature, we detect the coordinates of the facial feature points in the picture you provide and feed them into our methodology, which ultimately generates a UTU image of a specified size, where the person's identity is not specifically linked to the facial data.Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking TechnologiesWhen you use our features and services, we may use Cookies and similar technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device in order to collect and store information about you as you access and use the Features and Services. We use this information only for the feature you are using. This information is only used in real time for the features provided. This means that facial information is neither saved on our servers nor shared with any third party. Facial data is not stored on the user's hard disk;

However, we will provide your personal information in strict accordance with laws and regulations if we have your explicit consent or if we are required to do so in compliance with national laws and regulations. We will not share your facial information because we do not upload your facial information to the server.
